Munge tool problem, please help!

Post by Smoosh »

Okay, I'm getting two different munge tool problems that I can't figure out.

1st. When I go Project/Open I get this message:

"An error has occured in the script of this page
Line: 4
Char: 29
Error: Expected ')'
Code: 0
URL: file:///C:/Documents%20and%20Settings/(myfirstname)%20(mylastname)/Desktop/BFBuilder/BFBuilder.hta

Do you want to continue running the script? (yes) (no)

----------Then the 2nd is when I select my map and try and munge:

/Utilities/Bin/x86 was unexpected at this time. What does that mean!!?!?! I tried doing a Clean (map name) but that didnt work. It stops a few lines later and doesnt munge anything.

Any help would be much appretiated, I am trying to mod but this is quite effectively STOPPING ME! argheth! Thank you. :P

What is the directory of your tools? You can't have the tools installed in a folder that has spaces in the folder name.

C:/Program Files/Games/Lucasarts/Star Wars Battlefront II/Modtools

won't work, but

C:/Games/BF2tools

will

yeah, the tutorial that comes with the mod tool pack clearly states this, and then recommends puting the BFBuilder folder directly on your C: drive (C:\BFBuilder\...)
hope that works.
