XSI Modtools http://www.softimage.com.
Bconstuctor is right here. Look for the link on the homepage close to the top.
Bfbuilder is the world builder, uses zeroedit for that function (included). Yuo can use ultraedit for the msh files, but to atcually convert them, use Bconstuctor, Bitburn(do a google search for that one. Forgot the link), and xsi Modtools. Warning though. The converted msh files may not fully convert. You will experience distortion in some models. But Bconstructor is the only known msh convertor out there. Hope this helps.
Bitburn ? I think you meant Biturn...
Concerning *.RAR files, I prefer un-compress them using PowerArchiver... (Which is also a shareware with no time-limit)

Yep. That was it. I was going off the top of my head and wasn't looking at my files.
As far as needing the plug-in. Some of us have a licensed and legal copy (never trust warez. Just a warning, there is an investigator in training that is a member of gametoast and he will soon be a full one, and I'm not kidding.) and we would be glad to help convert your new models. All you got to do is ask. With the modtools, you can save them as dotxsi and send it by e-mail to whoever will convert it for ya. We will only charge you your first born to do it. . Seriously, some of us don't mind.
