Post by THEWULFMAN »

All my objects are not where i placed them explains my problem.
cause, every single time i increase the size of the map the objects are placed wrong ingame.
if anyone has experienced this before and fixed it please let me know, this is putting a serious hamper on some of my projects. :? :x

As is listed in the documentation, the map's terrain must be a power of 2, and must be square. 2x2, 4x4, 8x8, 16x16, 32x32, 64x64, 128x128, 256x256, 512x512. If your terrain is any other size it will throw everything off.

When you adjust the terrain size in ZE, there's even a warning message about this problem:
ZE wrote:WARNING!
CREATING A NEW TERRAIN WILL ERASE THE CURRENT TERRAIN AND MAY MOVE EXISTING OBJECTS
You're best off adjusting the size of your map before you place any objects.
