Ok, all I'm wondering is this: Do discs and grids work for Battlefront 2? Aka. Can I put them in an object and still have it export right, work right, etc? The model I'm working on relies heavily (sort of) on discs, and will probably have one or two grids as well. So I need to know before I finish it, and find out that it can't be used...
Thanks

Yes, but if you plan on playing around both sides of them you might want to flag them double sided with Edit Flags so they won't backface cull ingame.Blade wrote:Do discs and grids work for Battlefront 2?

Re: Discs and Grids
Well, would I need to do that only if I'm planning on having both sides visible? or if I just want the texture on one side to work? Because there should be only one that you can really see both sides of it.
Thank you, by the way

Yeah, if you're only going to see the side with the normals facing toward you(e.g. poster on the wall) then don't worry about flagging them double sided, but if it's something like a stop sign out in the open then you'll want it to be double sided.
