The Magic School Bus

Post by Nova Hawk »

Who here watched the Magic School Bus? It was my favorite TV series when I was a kid but now that I'm older, I show it to my little sister in the hopes that she follows in my footsteps (lol). It was a great series, too bad they didn't have a grown up series (like jr. high or high school science) that went into more depth, that would be cool. Now that I watch the series again with my little sister, they bring back a lot of memories.

So what about you?

I used to love Magic School Bus!! Don't watch it anymore, but like you said, it brings back memories.
I think a "Magic High School Bus" would be kind of creepy.
Arnold (with deep voice): "I know I should have stayed home today!" - and he's had a growth spurt, so he's about 6 feet tall, and his voice is like Dwayne Johnson.
Haha, that would actually be kind of funny. :funny2:

Unless Disney takes over the world.

I didn't watch the show often, but I did read alot of the books when I was a kid, and I even have a Magic School Bus educational game for the computer.

Well, it's looking pretty threatening right now. They already have marvel. :(

I used to have tons of those games.

I didn't ever really watched the Magic School Bus. I always liked the Muppet Show.

Maybe it's for the best, probably 25% of the things on the show were proven wrong in the last 10 years.

Very true. lol

Honestly, the main reason I watched it when I was young: it's a cartoon. I liked watching cartoons on TV. Subject matter was irrelevant. And as some of you can tell by the YouTube videos I post, not much has changed. :P

I read the books when I was little...and I think I watched it on TV a couple times...Though it didn't come out until I was 6 or 7. "I shudda stayed home..."

My favorite show as a kid was always David the Gnome...
