Epic Music in Real Life
I mean think about; wouldn't it be awesome if there was epic music playing during epic moments of your life rather than just in movies? Like if your fighting in a war or just messing around, there would be like electric guitar and drums and stuff. I think that would be sweet.

That would be quite humorous.Nova Hawk wrote:(...)[when you are] just messing around, there would be like electric guitar and drums and stuff.
Hmm, I always wanted to have a theme song...

My theme song is "Saga Begins" by Weird Al. Any guesses why?Nihillo wrote:Hmm, I always wanted to have a theme song...

That would be cool, though I'd be just fine with my own theme song. "Kashmir" by Led Zeppelin would be a good one for me, or "Remind Me" by Royksopp. And, if I had to pick an ending theme (don't know why I want to pick one, maybe I'm watching too much anime) would either be "Sgt. Pepper (Reprise)" or "The End", both by the Beatles.

Re: Epic Music in Real Life
I actually had one of these happen to me.
Heading to school on the bus, and my MP3 player's shuffle kicks in and I get Ten wo Tsuke, just as we pull out of the parking lot and get a view of one of the best sunrises in recent memory (the kind where you get a bunch of low, flat clouds and they're all lit up orange and yeah.)

You should just get an mp3 player and listen to E.S. Posthumus all day. All they do is make epic music. I recommend their album Unearthed.

When I arrived at Washington D.C. for a freshman class field trip/vacation, the music playing from Episode 1 where the gang arrives at coruscant should have started playing.

Every time I log into GT, a random piece of John Williams music plays. Not just Star Wars, either. Currently, the Indiana Jones theme song is blaring. It's a setting you unlock after 4 years & 3 months.

Why such a random number though? Why not 1 year, or 5 years, or something?

Re: Epic Music in Real Life
Yeah it's this thing Guru built in for fun, I almost got that feature too... Dunno why it's 4 years and 3 months, just random guruness I guess. Reason it takes so long is it'd cost a lot of bandwith to give it to everyone from the start.Raptor522 wrote:I'm serious.GangsterJawa wrote:Lol, I wish.Raptor522 wrote:Every time I log into GT, a random piece of John Williams music plays. Re: Epic Music in Real Life
There I some things that most people wouldn't want to hear a soundtrack for. What kind of soundtrack would you want for vomiting, or something to that degree? Wouldn't that get annoying? Although without looking at the fine points, it seems like a good idea.
