Ok so here is my 2.0 version of my GT map. This is pretty much bug fixes and sides improvements. I might add a little more to the Landscape and maybe a secret secret-thingy.

Ok so this is what I have so far.

- Load Screen with those black bars *No pics at this time*
- A tip bar with my name on it so nobody takes my work *shifts eyes* *No pics at this time*
- Replaced Guru's "Force Push" with "Force Heal" *No pics at this time*
- Gave StarWarsBattleFrontFreak "Axe Throw"



- Made EGG_GUTS' "Powerful Thermal Detonators" a bigger explosion and a bigger damage range with more damage



-EGG_GUTS has a normal animation not a commander, so My unit actually throws the grenades now



-Gave The Emperor Obi-Wan's Combo instead of Sidious'



-Replaced The Emperor's "Force Choke" with "Force Push"



-When JabbaLovesLava Runs around a thick black smoke follows him



-Gave JabbaLovesLava a new ground pound effect (It's my favourite Update )



- Phazon Elite's "Phazon Grenades" don't make the camels glow red when there by it



- Gave Thire a new skin



Stuff to do:

- Give JabbaLovesLava Flaming Claws
-Maybe make some camels ridable

and I forgot the rest Diet Dr. Pepper

I'm sorry Trainmaster and Arc Commander (I got you PM) but besides Thire skin (cuz it really sucked) I'm not changing the physical appearance of any other units just weapons and stuff.

Aww... but I spent an hour on that! [Walks away dejectedly] Now I'll have to make my character an easter egg in BFX...

On a different note - the Arc Precision Rifle has no sound, you might want to change that.

umm... how can you turn off awards?

You just have to remove a few lines from ODF's.

It's really not that simple...not if you want it to work properly. You have to disable the weapon lockout and unlock lines in the odfs to really get it to work. Just taking the award weapon out without doing that causes a crash when you switch to it because the game is expecting that weapon to be there still.

I also don't recall any ingame method of disabling awards other than using a fresh profile.

It's not that difficult. Just remove these lines from the weapon ODFs:

ScoreForMedalsType = 1
MedalsTypeToLock = 1

And remove the award weapon references in the unit ODF.

I didn't say it was difficult. I just said it wasn't so simple as removing the award weapon from the unit. You actually wrote the same thing I did, though it's phrased differently.

Ah, I'm definitely gonna d/load this map, the screenies bring back memories... I actually tried to go back and find the GT World Domination Thread, but it's gone... Aww, I had soo much fun conquering the African DrugLords with Delta_57_Dash. Heh, I even made he and I a medal of honor after we conquered the whole continent. And then we got Trainman to build transportation to and from the frontlines, it was quite a thread. Oh, and didn't we even conquer the North Pole at some point?

Sry for the off-topic. The Map looks Awesome! I have one suggestion. If you do get it so that the camels are ridable, why not make them two person? One person "drives" facing forward and the other person rides backward and can use their kit, "snowspeeder style". Hehe, looks like a Great Map!

Hey, EGG, you could do that, mesh import, to .obj then add some hard points.
It wouldn't have a walk anim, but you could ride it.

And good to see Elmo is in proper size.
