It's actually Pahricidia. :P

Nice reskins ARC. In all honesty I prefer the JKA DC-15A, but yeah, that version didn't have a shadow volume because of well, no reason at all. The munger just plain didn't like the shadow volume, and that's never happened before, and nor has it since. So yeah, no reason at all, but not because I was lazy.

Im just wondering, but why is it that most custom weapons have the same color texture(like OOM-9's carbine has the exact same texture as Pahricida's DC-15A)? Or its just very flat

The textures are just similar, that's all. It's that weird tinge of blue in the default textures that you're noticing.

well. it was a corrupt download. you was right :P

anyway. i found a few bugs in the new one:

-AT-ST Pilot View is bugged (atleast on endor where i tested it)
-AT-AT Transport slots got bugged view too
-Rebel SpaceMarine can fly but doesnt have jetpack model on it.
-Darktrooper is holding an invisible gun when they use tri-shot
-Jetpack effects in Commander Cody/Droid Marine looks wrong. (cyan squares)
-Helmet visor skin on Commander Cody and Imperial Shocktrooper needs to be re-done
-IA doesnt use heroes. Example: Utapau, the IA uses the Droid/Clone Commander but they dont use Obi-Wan or General Grievous.

and with Utapau Reinforcements points i mean. the CIS starts in the Bone Platform. and they should start in the Droid Ship Hangar.

btw. im not trying to rush or something. just wondering. there is a release date or aprox time for the next version of this mod??

I know about the AT-ST and AT-AT views, I've fixed them. The Rebel Marine is supposed to have a repulsorlift harness, like the Clone Paratrooper on Utapau. I've removed the Dark Trooper's trishot since then. I don't understand why the jetpack effects would be wrong - possibly your graphics card? I've fixed up the Imperial Shocktrooper visor skin, I don't really see anything wrong with Cody's visor, though. The droid commander and clone commander aren't heroes, they're units. And I can't really do anything regarding where units spawn.

No real release date, I'm working on a constantly occurring bug involving the Magnaguard. When it's fixed, I'll release.

Every single map with the Magnaguard has it. Every single one. The game crashes randomly in the middle of a battle every now and then, when you're fighting a Magnaguard. It's driving me freakin' nuts.

In other news, the Clone Captain now has the skirt-cape thing. And all the capes (except for the 327th's) have been changed to ARC Trooper-style - solid black with a coloured border around the edges. The colour varies from legion to legion.

I've also weakened the Clone Commander rifles somewhat, it just seemed a little overpowered.

I've also obtained a better T-21 model, and I've distributed the secondary weapons more evenly. What do I mean by that, you ask? Well, the Imperial Engineer no longer carries an E-Web, it seemed a bit odd that a trooper could lug around a mortar launcher, 5 supplies, 3 mines, and an E-Web. So now, the Imperial Officer has swapped out grenades and auto-turrets in favour of an E-Web and Rage. Engineers now carry a lot less stuff, too. Only 2 supplies instead of 5. And now the Republic Engineer is the only engineer that carries an E-Web, and to balance it out, it only carries one mine and 2 supplies.

It is about animations... You've probably changed something in the .combo or missed out an animation... stand_attack2c (whatever it was called) isn't there... Also i've never seen an animation called attack2... , it's always 1a , 1b or 1c (can be _full or whatever behind it) Maybe you should change that, dunno for sure

I think this is great mod! Very balanced and fun.

I've noticed though, that its not custom sides that affect the mod, it's custom heroes, I think that is the same with a lot of side mods...I don't know if you already knew this, I just thought I should bring it up...

Anyhoo, keep up with the good work! :]

I also crash when I play as Durge on the Death Star.

actually. i dont think the jetpack effects its my video card. i can run games like Republic Command at max graphics and i never had glitches like those.
btw if its my V-Card, all effects in SWBF or most of them should be wrong but its only the jetpack..

can u post a screenie of Cody using jetpack to see what it should look like?.

btw. i dont know if you noticed too but the AT-ST when it moves the head, the guns stays on their place. i mean. it rotates only the hull of the head. the weapons keep aiming at the front.
another thing is that heroes like General Grievous doesnt get hp when they kill someone like beafore. is this intended? becuz if you do that. atleast let them use bacta.

Well, this is not a bug, per se, it just looks rather odd.
In Mos Eisley, in CW, The Jet Trooper doesn't seem to have a jetpack. o_O;
Also, a question: How does the Clone Commander in Mos Eisley get a jetpack, but the one in Geonosis doesn't?

...

This mod is awesome I realy loved it exept for the glitches (stated already) that are hopefuly going to be fixed for the next version! :thumbs:
though it would be cool to combind this with the convo pack to make the ultimate mod! :maulsaber:

OmegaARC@ 1. he said hes not doin the localizations so it doesnt mess up the convo pack
2.You cant make it so flames come out of the pack when DT sprints
3.Its kinda hard to find good GCW specal people to put in the game because they weren,t as specialized as in the CW
4. thats been pointed out allready
5. the bombers are hard to use but more movielike and stronger.

The mos eisly clone jet trooper is sopesed to have no jet pack
and the cyan squares happen to me for cody and the jet droid but thats just the effect(?)

The reason why only one CC has a jet pack is cause hes the only one in the movies to have one.

In response to everyone's input:

@OmegaARC:

- I know about the localizations. I don't want this mod to conflict with Conversion Pack, so I can't change the names.
- Can't put flames with dark trooper sprinting, it's not possible.
- I've improved the GCW unlockables since then. Wookiee has explosive bowcaster bolts, grenades, and rage, Rebel Mercenary is unchanged, Bothan Spy's got a better pistol, Rebel Commando has a greatly improved appearance, and the Rebel Commander has a really high-powered blaster rifle now. The Rebel Captain, who has a high-powered blaster rifle, a commando pistol, an E-Web, and rally, replaces the Wookiee on a few maps. Also, I've swapped the points to unlock the Wookiee and Mercenary, plus I've swapped their order in the unit selection list. Makes more sense, as the Wookiee is more of a support unit. And the Imperial Officer now has a better T-21 model, he's got an E-Web, the Dark Trooper now trades its wrist rockets and tri-shot for an extra 100 rounds (though the clips have been reduced to 80 shots) and 10 dumb-fired assault cannon rockets. The Shadow Stormtrooper now has an Imperial Repeater, and the Imperial Agent replaces it on a few maps. The Agent has a really high powered pistol and a commando pistol as a backup, as well as stealth and timebombs. The Storm Commando remains the same - better skin though, and it now uses the Imperial standard pistol. The Imperial Commander is awesome now, he's got a DLT-19 heavy blaster rifle (new model) instead of whatever he's got in the beta version.
- I've heard about the Mustafar campaign, I believe that it's been fixed.
- Which bomber specifically? I've removed bombs for the most part, and I've replaced them with high-powered torpedoes. The bombers now are more multipurpose-oriented, they're better at dogfights and they're faster.

Welcome to GT! Make sure you read the rules. It appears you have, though, as there's nothing wrong with your post.

- The Jet Trooper on Mos Eisley (and Utapau) is not intended to be a Jet Trooper - rather, it's supposed to be: http://starwars.wikia.com/wiki/Clone_paratrooper I've improved the skin since then.
- Each legion has a unique commander - it just so happens that the legion on those two planets have a commander with jetpacks. The Ep2 commanders (and all the other ones) didn't have jetpacks in the movies, so as a result, no jetpacks for them.


Oh, and here's what Cody's jets should look like, and here's the new Rebel commando glamour shot:

I like the new jetpack effect :D Is that a new grenade effect? If so, it may be a little laggy.

well.. for some reason i see the jetpack with a big cyan effect like plasma..

something like Cody from Clone Wars series when he uses the jetpack after talking with obi-wan at the raining planet (its not kamino. its something like dagobah or yavin..)

Well if you see something like that, and you see it in other canon, then he probaly added that in
Locked
