I have made a basic prop, in the texture i edited i made a hole to two, which are transparent... i looked at the edit flags with the polys selected and moved the transparency bar up to 1, then expoted my model, but ingame the model is shown to have white bits where the transparent bit should be, can any one help me out to get the alpha channel working?

i have it working now, turns out it was my texture, it wasnt saving the alpha channel...
