i did all the things right, and these are my skinning steps

i opened, skinned, saved without rle compression 24bit (i think)

munged it loaded my map and played, except instead of red skin and black robes, yoda had a ghostlike silvery color, like there was no skin attached to the model...so i thought maybe i had extra layers...

so i followed elfies tutorial, opened battlefornt , and this time it didnt show at all...so idk

edit: got a pic...

Have you manual cleaned? Also, make sure you didn't rename the texture.

uh, turns out i somehow lost my map, but i have a question...could it be because my skin is like too flat, because here it is...
