ZeroEditor Problems
ZeroEdit crashes when I try to load it.
I don't know why.
In detail, it comes up with a message saying zeroedit.exe has run into problems and has to close.
Any ideas why?

RE: ZeroEditor Problems
do you have TnL? (in other words, does this little box that says "TnL not found [or something like that], run battlefront anyways?" pops up when you try to run Battlefron?)

RE: ZeroEditor Problems
yea. If you don't have TnL you can't use zeroeditor. So the only way to get it to work is if you get a new videocard. Which is always good, but not worth it JUST to use the mod tools. (I know from experience)

RE: ZeroEditor Problems
Can you tell me what TnL is and if there's a possible workaround?
I'm using a laptop and I don't want to hear that I just wasted $20 (not that that's much...)

RE: ZeroEditor Problems
It apparently seems that I have missed a few Precise Details regarding the Means you could employ in order to design brand-new levels for Star Wars Battlefront, and according to the Report you have phrased into your first message, I assume you have succeeded in getting your hands down on a Microsoft® Windows-based Platform so as to have a look at the Mapping Utility shipped with the "Modification Tools" intended towards this same LucasArts® Product. If so, then I would want to learn more about the Steps you have followed to launch this Program, such as the exact Directory you have attempted to execute it from, amongst other similar Informations...

RE: ZeroEditor Problems
Well, actually I just bought the game. I had a Windows before that.
What I did was I installed the game in this path:
C/LucasArts/BFBuilder
When I click on Edit md2, for example, it will come up with the ZeroEdit screen, then after about 20 seconds, a message pps up saying it has encountered problems and needs to close.
I don't see why it would just not work period, I'd expect it to just look bad.
Doyou know any soulutions? Becasue I bought the PC version just for that.

RE: ZeroEditor Problems
Currently, seeking and finding out possible Solutions intended towards the Issues you have experienced so far while attempting to execute Star Wars Battlefront's Mapping Tool cannot be yet considered, and that's why I would want to obtain even more Precise Details regarding the Actions which might have influenced the Functioning of this same Program. Therefore, all I need to know is whether you have attempted loading it from a brand-new Project generated thanks to the "BFBuilder.hta" file located towards the "[Hard-Drive's letter]\BFBuilder" Directory, and if a level had been opened and held active while the unexpected problems you have mentioned previously occured...

RE: ZeroEditor Problems
I clicked Edit md2 from the BFBuilder, and also tried opening the zeroedit.exe in the Datamd2 folder.
Both did not work.
I don't get what you mean by the last sententence, but if I'm right, you're asking if I had a project open in BFBuilder when I tried to run it?
Yes and no, and it didn't work either time.
I wasn't having BFBuilder do anything while I tried to run Zeroedit.

RE: ZeroEditor Problems
Alright, if I were you, I would try creating an additional Star Wars Battlefront Project through the "BFBuilder.hta" file you seem to have already executed so far, before attempting to launch and provide Instructions towards the ZeroEditor's Microsoft® Windows Executable easily findable towards the "[Hard-Drive's letter]\BFBuilder\Data[Mod_ID]" Path. In case proceeding as described above would not eventually lead to an Outcome different from the previous one, then I would wish to learn more about the Technical Specifications of the Personal Computer you have unpacked Star Wars Battlefront Modification Tools onto...

RE: ZeroEditor Problems
What JabbaLovesLava may have told you previously seems to have been unfortunately proven by providing me the above Technical Specifications : Indeed, according to them, I have been able to determine that the embedded Graphics Chipset you currently used could not support and handle the latest Visual Technologies and Processes usually required by recent Entertainment Products, and although you can apparently execute properly Star Wars Battlefront without these same Innovations, that's not that easy to achieve while attempting to run ZeroEditor for the Reasons having been supplied to you through this topic's Previous Pages...

Sorry, but I hate this stupid video card.
Is there a workaround? A alternative? Anything?
