Can't select objects

Can't select objects
Whenever I try to open the stock world Bespin:Cloud City I can't select any objects. All the other stock worlds work, but im not quite sure why Cloud City wouldn't work. I need to fix this since i am going to be editing it. Help please!

I had the same problem with "Bespin:platforms" (Although there, you need to show the Design layer as well as selecting it, else you can't edit it)
