Go into Program Files\LucasArts\ and delete the Star Wars Battlefront II folder. I'd also provide steps on deleting the registry entries but I suddenly cannot seem to find them. :?

Just use the uninstaller, then go to where the game was installed and delete any remaining folders or files. The game uninstaller doesn't remove anything that was placed there by the user unless it has the same filename as an original installed file.
