that doesn't really matter. I can set it up like a Lightaber and only one side would hit the enemy...

yea a magna guard use to replace one of the droids... (Not SBdroid or droideka, or security droid)

so this topic is about a staff as a weapon? like using another model - in this case a staff - and then use the animation, .odf and ALL those stuffs to use it as weapon?

You can download a simple staff msh, texture and odf from my site, http://www.saturnlabs.net , but bear in mind what psych0fred wrote.

If you want to experiment, I put some hard points on there: hp_active (centre of staff); hp_fire_lightsabre (top of staff) and hp_fire (bottom of staff)
