Ande gives you permission to edit the trooper.
You find someone to envelope it.

Like what WULF said, He did, but he had some limitations on it though and you would have to send it to him for quality verification, but I think it is do-able ( i'm not good at modelling so i need someone else to do it) but I have permission from ANDEWEGET.

I'll have to find someone then to envelope it (there's a lot of stuff I can't do right now, the only things I can really give are ideas)
