Rather easily, actually. Afaik, we don't have any good Lando model, so we make do with what we have. Coloring Han's hair black works very well, imo. But why the skirt?

If that skin is made from a han texture/model then that is most impressive. also the face is a different color then the hands lol

With the caped version it looks like you forgot to add the COLL chunks as well as the MODL.

Thats a great reskin for lando, but there is of course the lando in the convopack assets

Yes, but that Lando (if I'm not mistaken) was a converted JKA model. And this one is MUCH better quality for an episode 5 Lando than the convo pack's, IMO

Fragme! had that problem with a model , and he fixed it , you should ask him .

or check if you forgot the coll and modl-chunk like fiodis said..

aynway, the reskin looks really good, only the hue/saturation of the face doesnt match those of the original skin.
