I'm going to ask my exporter to add Vertex Lighting to the eyes, so it will look like the eyes are glowing.

T3-M4 was Revan's blue-and-white T3 droid.

T3's are just like R2 units, come in a variety of colors and stuff.

You're right actually, I just started up KotOR and checked it out... Can't believe I didn't know that, then again I never have T3 in my party.

He's blue in KotOR 1, and his paint must have worn off during the events between KotOR 1 and 2 or something

There is no texture missing. It is my first model with XSI 5.1! now I have the Basic Modeling TUT >.<
