i have one from the german demo and its funny too:

ok the original quot was actually not english but the sentence structures are about equally wrong
aside from the weird/funny/poor translation and synchronizers ive noticed that hopefullyonly the demo is either really rushed and/or lovelessly made. the tiefighterdecals look like they are taken from the wii-version, if windows with literary pouring down rain on them are destroyed, there's no rain outside let alone that it should rain in the building now. where you are supposed to pull the platform up the rain flowing from the edge of thenext patform stops after 5 metres apruptly
Whoa! What's wrong with your demo? Send a screenie, I am curious how there could be no rain. The rain effects in mine are great (push also pushes rain)

Plus Vader's voice was kinda unmenacing to me.
Sloan's Chad Vader's been moving away from the imposing voice we hear in TFU1. Then again this is only the demo. Wish I could get it but they've locked it to Gold membership only and I refuse to pay just to play a demo. I'll probably get it when I return. I have to say the gameplay is pretty impressive, there are improvements to it, such as the Mind Trick.

i didnt play the demo, i watched a playthrough, the screens are taken form it.
hmmm...I had rain. What's up with yours? Its just a demo though. I also noted that your graphics on your demo are not as good as mine. Mine looks a little better (textures and lighting)
Anyone notice that the lightsabers glow now? Like when you are against the wall? Win.
I liked the first one alot, mainly for the ligthtsaber combat, if the game still has good lightsaber combat i will get itr, as far as graphics go, i hope most of you agree, gameplay, then story, then controls, then sound, THEN texures, at least when it comes to priority. The game graphics do not mean alot to me, if the game is fun

Sort of related -- folks often complain about the price tag for Gold, but when broken down to a month-by-month cost it's very inexpensive. Five USD a month for the most superior online network seems fair to me. The only thing PSN has that it doesn is PlayStation Home, which I would never use. (that's not an attack towards PSN, either)

Agree. Gameplay, interface, story, "realism/believability (unless it's LEGOsw or something)", physics, graphics. I think this is how I would put my priorities. TFU had excellent physics and graphics, so awesome it won't work on my best computer, but IMHO mediocre on the rest, with a lousy interface on pc. JKA doesn't have as good a physics or graphics engine, but it has everything else. And some of the "new" features/graphics being added to TFU2 were already in JKO and JKA. In most games, I have to turn down graphics to improve fps to improve gameplay to improve fun, not turn graphics up to have more fun.

Wow, that's much less than the PC port of the original! Unfortunately, it's still a little too much for me. I might just upgrade my other computer for this game. Nice find, Twilight.
Glad I'm getting it for my 360. Save on hard drive space and IMO has better controls then the PC. I've also noticed that when you go to the LucasArts main website for TFU II that it says you can play on Xbox Live.
