You can have the colour on one shoulder, if you look close at the pic:

The colour is not on the shoulder, it is on the extra shoulder plate, so you have to edit the rep_inf_ep3heavytrooper_cape file which includes the shoulder plate.
Also you need to make the extra it that is on the face of heavytroopers in the tga file, look leathery.

A W.I.P. Swamptrooper, goes on the darktrooper or stormtrooper, i'm not sure about that. That's why I don't think I'll finish it, there's not really a good model for it

Throw the skin on the Dark Trooper. If it looks good I can hex edit the model for you so that the jetpack doesn't appear.

!. Nice skin there. I'd suggest a bit more detail on the face and some weathering, but that's good.

And Teancum, how do you hex edit out a pack? (Like here or on a sandtrooper)?

With an alpha channel on a texture and hex editing the material flags to allow for alphas. It's sortof complicated.

Yeah that's why its W.I.P.

the "mouth" part is still crappy (even more so in-game, its still a simple paint version, undetailed) and I'll add (white) weathering as final touch. But it needs a lot more detail, and I need to get rid of he nipples

he looks to much like a green darktrooper now...
The eyes are too small, the mouth thing is too big..

And I don't have much time

@SymbolS: I used the gimp, yes.

EDIT: ah ]v[ put them in-game. They don't look like swamptroopers to me

Depends what you mean, one way i do is with layers, if you have MSN, XFire or Mozilla FireFox (and can use extensions), then i could send you a video i made a while ago for Wazmol69 that shows you had to use layers on skins in GIMP, its much easier than explaining.

Swamp Troop - Shrink the mask down small, so it's not such a big part of the model. Its going to look akward no matter what, so the smaller and less conspicous the better. Looks good though.

I think the Swamptrooper skin looks better on the Darktrooper it makes him look tougher.

Sweet Swamp Trooper Emperor Droideka. I would suggest you start making a swamp version of the JetPack. If you have a program similar to Adobe Photoshop, the gray parts like the mask could use some custom textures like Patchwork or possibly Craquelure...depending on yor style.
