I was wondering if that could be done by any way, like a mobile vehicle spawn point where the ships goes flying around and when it is close to the ground, presses secondary attack and it spawns an AT-TE, and with only one ammo, and only recharge when landing close to a friendly CP.
Its possible ?

Not exactly as you described - the LAAT/c that Yankfan is referring to is an animated prop, and therefore not flyable.
Just to clarify, the aforementioned LAAT/c will still fly overhead and drop an AT-TE, it's just that the LAAT/c itself can't be controlled by the player.

yea it's not possible for it to be "flyable" it is however possible to have it animated as i have it in my level and have it land and then drop the atte with bf2's limitations that probably the best you're gonna get

Or not. Although it is possible to "dispense" vehicles in a way (recon droids, guided missiles), what you seem to have in mind is another one of those things that has been discussed before and is outside of BF2's capabilities. Sure, just because something hasn't been discovered yet doesn't mean that it never will be, but it goes the other way in just as many cases. Just because a method for creating a flyable ship that can pick up and drop fully functional walkers hasn't been discovered yet doesn't mean that one will be.
