How do you make a wire frame?

Post by yoyoman »

I am wondering how do you make a wire frame because I want to make a clone trooper. Oh and one more question can you just make one model not make different ones for example you make a model for the helmet and the legs so on and so on ?

In Blender 2.49 then, on the top of the panels at the bottom there is a header. There is a viewport shading button. You can select what type of shading you want, including wireframe.

RAGE! Ok, maybe not so much. But really yoyoman. I think this is getting old now. Just follow the links and do what they say.

First of all, if you don't know what it is you are doing at all, start learning about simple stuff. Then you can work your way up. I am just saying. I really don't like seeing so many posts that could be answered in 5 second time finding a simple link. The information is there for a reason: For you to find out all about it and become the best modder you can be. Good luck to you yoyoman.

@MrCrayon Play nice now.

@yoyoman, here is another link to a whole set of tutorials for xsi, they are using an older version but the principles are the same. It goes over a lot of basics that you need to know to start modelling in XSI
