GAH!! Stupid Lasers are Ticking Me Off!
Well, for my third Rise of the Empire map, I have made all the lasers realistic and solid, as they are in the movies. They all have solid colors, no more "fake" and "flimsy" looking lasers. I changed the lines in my laser ODF files to change their colors.
I did this for every single laser.
One problem...this works in my map for some lasers, not all. Every time you start the map, certain lasers are modified, and certain ones go back to the old look. When you restart the map, different lasers have the new look, and the lasers that previously had the new look revert back to the old look.
WHY?!?!
I have crossed land and sea to figure this out, and no luck. I want this to be solved before I release the map, and I am telling you, it is one heck of a great map (honestly, tactics are necessary and there is only one vehicle).
Please, people, help me.
I give much thanks to you all!

Does it go back and forth every time, or is it completely random?

It appears to be completely randomized, but I am not 100% sure.
I removed all references to the parent files (and I deleted the parent files) and copied the necessary information into them.
I don't know why it is happening. Would renaming the ODF files really work (and which ones, the "ord" ones or the main ones, or all three, main, "ord," and "exp")?
Bandu, I realized that and will fix it soon. I thought I had rotated most if not all of them.
