Re: Battle of Teth (B'omarr Monastery)
Out of question, would one be able to animate an armed building (ie: a turret, a gunship that shoots)?
If not, could you at least animate a few AT-TEs aside from the main battle climbing up like that?

It is possible to animate armed buildings (look at the shipped Mygeeto or Utapau campaigns - there are animated gunships with working turrets). While I suppose you could animate an AT-TE if you set it to be an armed building placed in ZE, it would look awful because the legs wouldn't be moving.Grev wrote:Out of question, would one be able to animate an armed building (ie: a turret, a gunship that shoots)?

Perhaps make it so that you can't see the feet? Like make an ingrained part where the AT-TE is walking so it's kinda in the ground? But it's really just an aesthetic thing.

Actually, not, but I'm working on corridors, halls, doors and others stuff.Nova Hawk wrote:Wow, looks pretty neat! Do you actually get to go inside it?
DarthSlim wrote:Holy smokes, that looks AMAZING!! If you get to start inside the ship and take off through the doors, I'm going to flip out.

Well in this case I've tried to make the AT-TE climb the cliff but then raises an important question: how do the soldiers climb along the AT-TE?Grev wrote:Grev wrote:Perhaps make it so that you can't see the feet? I am not sure but I think the gravity in the game can not be avoided.

Don't make clones go up too. Just add the AT-TE. Maybe you could add some spawnpoints for a third team of clones, and have then spawn off the side of the cliff to look like they're all dying/getting shot off of the cliff.

Re: Battle of Teth (B'omarr Monastery)
Well........surely you could kill the objects at the start of the campaign and after the first mission based inside....wherever you want them.......respawn the object? that would work right?ForceMaster wrote:well, this is a campaingn map, not an conquest, if the republic assault the monastery, why should be dead clones here previusly?Captain Fordo wrote:B-1Burt wrote: Change the layout of the courtyard, to me there ought to be a few fallen pillers, bomb craters, and vehicle wreckages.(Dead clones?)
Dead clones? They're could be some dead droids too. They did destroy all of the droids when climbing up :clone:
Apart from that, it looks like its gonna be an awesome map......wish i could make as good models for my map, yours are awesome
