Zero Editor not working

My ZeroEditor just stops working as soon as i start it up, i've got an XP computer and i've got the dvd rom version of SWBFII, i've installed patch 1.1 and unofficial patch 1.3 and have got my couler quality up to 32bit.
I have 3.13 GB on my hard drive where they're both installed and have countered all the issues ive seen on other threads.plz help!

Do you get any error message when starting ZE?

Go to My Computer>>View System Information>>Hardware Tab>>Device Manager.

Click on the little plus sign next to "Display Adapters".

Then, double-click on whatever device is listed there.

A window will pop up; this is the device's properties window. Click on the tab labeled "Driver".

Finally, hit "Roll Back Driver" and follow the instructions provided.

Note: the button looks grayed out in the picture because I had the same problem, so I have already rolled back my display adapter's driver.
