I've seen screenies that look like they were taken with a free camera, but I can't find one for BFII...
Does anyone know how?

Zerted made a mod to the ingame.lvl/common.lvl that enables freecam. Download at this link: http://files.filefront.com/Free+Cam/;77 ... einfo.html

Don't know if that's the latest version, regardless, should be fine for taking screens. This is replacing the common.lvl and ingame.lvl in your BattlefrontII/Gamedata/Data/_LVL_PC folder. Make sure to keep backups of the original.

That file was uploaded almost a year after the last release, so I hope its the latest. The next release should be this month (yeah, I know it gets later every time I say it). I've only have two main things to finish (still open to new feature requests...): I want to find a way to disable the map borders so you can run around anywhere (haven't made any progress with this). I need to get in touch with someone else who has a no-name profile, so I can test some excellent booting code (thanks to [GT]Teancum) with multiple no-namers. Any help?

If all you want is the Free camera, You should only need to replace common.lvl.
