Its been a while since I've posted in this thread but I need some help. I've been trying to log into my facebook for the past couple days and all I get is a blank page and this happens on both firefox & chrome. I've tried reinstalling both and doing system restore but the problem still persists. Does anyone have any technical solution to this problem? Because I'm not sure what to do.

Nope, the problem still persists.

if no portion of facebook loads you could be ip banned for whatever reason otherwise if only certain apps load it could be something else. in my case i have been banned from many apps like fishville for hacking code to get free sandollard but in facebook and forums for facebook im all good.

I dunno why I would be banned... and like I said, it only happens only on one computer because if I were to use another one like my brother's laptop then it works perfectly.

When I reinstalled firefox I told it to start out fresh like erase all of my cached files, cookies, browsing history, everything.

My most likely conclusion is that I got a virus some how cuz I've tried logging in with my mom's account and it still didn't work. The funny thing is my internet protector thing still says that everything is fine and I haven't encountered anything. I'll double check it just to be sure.

Run the anti-virus in safe mode.

maby somone else in your famly got banned?

Can you access the site through a proxy server, such as Proxify? Does it load correctly when doing this?

I dunno what Proxy is.

We are currently running an anti-virus program to see if it is a virus because that's the only thing I can think of... I've tried everything else.

Ok, I finally got it fixed. The problem was apparently with my internet protector program.
