I made custom skins for the imp side. i reskinned it and went to the LUA file . Put dc: next to imp.lvl I munged it and when i went to my map my skins looked like this.

Did you turn off RLE compression when you saved?

What image editor do you use? If you use GIMP, when saving as a .tga, a message box pops up. Uncheck the box next to RLE Compression and save.

i use gimp but i don't see no box that allows me to check or uncheck RLE compression

Since your skin isn't a new image, choose Save As instead and the option to turn RLE Compression on or off will appear.
