Okay is there a difference between the 3 or is it like GT>GW>411. It's really confusing...

Okay, here's how it goes:

-Gametoast is the greatest community of the set, because it is a place for modders and enjoyers of mods to come together and share information and assets, advertise their maps, ask advice, and learn random trivia in other fields. The website most similar to it is SWBFCustom.

-Gloom Walkers WAS a forum set up by the YouTube user Tuggie to have a community for people who love SWBF and Star Wars to get together, look for info on SWBF3, and look at his videos. However, this site is now dead, and doesn't exist.

-411Remnant is just a YouTube channel, which reviews mods/maps, shows mod/map gameplay, has the occasional Machinima-esque news segment for mods, and interviews modders. It showcases content from many people, but it's run by 2-4 people.

But I heard the Gloom Walkers is back up and running and thanks for the info So Gametoast has no affliation with the GW's?

ant u heard right, i was originally from gloomwalkers, and i am still on their new website but im not near as active as i am here. gloomwalkers isn't as good without tuggie in my opinion, so id recommend this website over any other starwars/modding forum

:jango: Well I should probably announce this here first. The 411Remnant has merged with the new gloomwalkers website recently. We are now the modding and modder interaction division of GWG Network which is working to rebuild the GW community. It is true tuggie left for personal reasons and now a bunch of the old officers such as myself and new faces are working towards rebuilding the community. We are in no way trying to compete with gametoast though(This will always be the number one place for talented and passionate modders), we just do stuff like interviews and article type things regarding star wars in general. Actually I would encourage some of you guys to check out what we have so far. DIY did some excellent articles regarding Star Wars Episode VII

To answer your question regarding us(The 411Remnant) The 411Remnant is specifically run by both passionate players and modders alike. We are consisted of 16 people who produce content for the channel(Though only 2-3 people, including modders who receive beta access to test for online and to get multiple bug reports and whatnot done). Our sole reason for even starting this channel is because we wanted to really interact and represent modders maps in a fair and high quality manner. Personally I don't believe in even having a partner ship because all we do is represent their mods through media, modders should be the people who get paid because they put all the hard work into making them. I think what separates us from others who do battlefront type things is that we literally do work side to side with how a modder wants their video made, and we give them freedom to edited things on our videos so that there is no information that is misrepresented. We work hard to do our research and to make sure every person who helps with a mod is credited.

Gametoast as Willanator mentioned is the best place to talk, give suggestions and basically see all kinds of cool things regarding the modding community for Battlefront II(Though there are literally dozens of other mod website that have their high points as well.) Personally I like to comment in the clone wars TV show section, there I get to talk with others about new episodes and what they think about it. In essence this is a modder's paradise because there is so many modders who help one another and there is a lot of creativity and eagerness that ensures battlefront II has a longer lifespan.
