Reuploads are forbidden I think. If he/ she said yes "Feel free to reupload my assets if you can stfind and fix bugs" so It would be ok.

I've re-uploaded assets plenty of times whose original links were broken. What would be the point of this thread if such actions were forbidden, especially if the assets' author is not able to be contacted?

Re-uploads are only forbidden if you're taking credit for the authors work while doing so, re-uploading things is the only purpose of this thread.
