(Released) - Yuuzhan Vong Dantooine

I have been working on a map to test out mine and dreadlord's ideas for a map that is set during the Yuuzhan Vong War. We currently do not have the Yuuzhan Vong sides finished because the final version will be for SWBF2.

The battle is of course, set on Dantooine and it is now a pretty simple map. The Republic is at a high disadvantage, resulting in a challenging game for the Republic.
The CIS Lander (from Majin Revan's Thule Moon map) will be changed in the final version to a Yuuzhan Vong capital ship, and the map will also feature Yuuzhan Vong "tanks" and a "moving control point" (like the at-te)
The New Republic will have a shuttle and some as props but made to be turrets.

Sounds cool.
This test map IS for Battlefront 1 right, or else you wouldn't be posting it in here.

It is R2D2, on Bespin: Platforms.
I changed the Rebel Pilot msh to the R2D2 msh.
Sorry I can't try the map Trans....stupid filter.

Off-topic Karnage, is your avatar tweaked with a photo-editor, or is it a capture of an existing SWBF's mod ?

Dreadlordnyax, Raingod, and I are working on all new ships, weapons, maps, skins etc. so the sides will have to wait till the mod tools arrive in a few weeks

Yes this map was only the first out of many we will do and it is just a tester to start getting things laid out so progress will go faster when the mod tools are released
