Well after testing the second wave of beta tests i can say that the mod is pretty awesome. I was given Endor, Felucia, and Geonosis to test. All three of these maps i tested were bug free, with exception of localizing some bits, which is an easy fix. the NPCs such as the jedi on geonosis help make the battles feel more engaging and cool, and the wide selection of commandos really drove up the fun. Good work!

Update.
1. We got the e-web model from DarthDUCK - special thanks for it.

2. Helmet now is just in the 1st perspective and only for the rep sides. We have now some lights problem, but i'm sure we'll fix that, too.

In polis massa I've found that idk if it's me or the mod, but the 1st person customization isn't there, it's just the plain 1st person also, still some floating icons, and when i went to choose teams....the team names aren't there, and are you gonna use the republic commando shotgun sound or keep it default? I'll edit this when I play the other maps and finish this one
I've also found that the reinforcement count doesn't show up, or any number, ammo count, none of that stuff

i took the stock sound, because i don't have the rc shotgun sound.

On what resolution do you play the game?? there are problems with lower resolutions than 1920x1080. I may remove the hud changes for lower resolutions, because it's really much work to do the changes for each one.

But it would be nice if all of you could tell me on what resolution you play. If there are only a few i'll think about doing the hud for these, too.

the hug worked for me in the old beta but not this one, im guessing you changed something?

Yes after some of the beta tester complained about displaced HUD elements i decided to make different HUD files for different resolutions. So i changed the luas to load the old hud file just when you play on 1920x1080 and the stock HUD file when you did not. But non the less the lua loads the txtkill. And that's the problem. So there are two ways to fix for me:
1. make more hud files for different resolutions (a lot of work!! Please tell me on what resolution you play, beacause i won't do that changes for all resolutions. Just for one or two more)
2. let the txtkill just be loaded when you play on FullHD.

You can make a simple fix for the beta:
1. play on FullHD :mrgreen:
2. remove the txtKill.hud file in the HUD folder

Updated the first post with the list, what need to be done to finish this mod.

Latest changes are:
- new power up mshs
- improved Ande's dc17m Ammo block
- added shadow to all dc17 weapon and the powerups
- fixed HUD icon/text problems for lower resolutions

I need your opinion.
1. What do you think about my textures proposal for the single units? I would paint Nedarb's RC this way.
2. Which unity should get which attachments? (Fixer's BackPack, Scorch's Backpack, Jetpack, or something else?)

Fantastic update! I have to ask, what's going on with the feet of the commandos in the pictures? I am sorry if you answered this before, so please forgive me!

It is absolutely fantastic work, though! The quality is awesome. :D

Awww I really liked the original dark gray skinny commandos that you were using. These new models look really cool too but I always felt like from the back it looked like the commandos were wearing diapers haha. Excellent job nonetheless, keep it up :)

Thank you. But the models are ripped from RC. And if you see them without texture they look terrible. That's why we'll take the WIP after they are released.

It's some bones/Animation problems. But after the Commandos are just placeholder it will be fixed in the release.

:funny2: I hated the old once. But have a look in Nedarb's WIP Thread i hope you like the Commandos more than this one ;)
