Its been a looooonnng time since I last modded swbf. I recently downloaded the BFbuilder and I want to begin modding maps once again. Just need to find a few things and I'm hoping someone can help. Does anyone know where I can find the following files:
ZeroeditorUpdate012705.zip
Boundaries_fix.zip
BFBuilderProWIP030605.zip
ParticleEditorUpdate.zip
PremungedSoundConfig.zip
I remember Psych0Freds website was an enormous help, but I guess it's shut down. I vaguely remember there were some other tools out there too.

Psychofred's website is always very slow. I believe he hosts it from his home or something, but I'm not sure. From what I can tell, the website is up, but it's just not responding.
I will look around and see if I can find those files elsewhere and upload them to my site for you. Also, if you have the BoPC edition of the games, you will need to download this: http://www.mpcgamers.com/smf/index.php? ... ew;down=20 *requires registration*
EDIT: OK, here. I've uploaded the BFBuilder Pro and ZE fix to my site. I will work on getting the others for you, but hopefully this will serve well enough to get you started up again

Downloaded!
Thanks alot!!!
I don't mean to wax cheese or anything, but it's great to see people are still into this game and as helpful as I remember. Can't say enough about psych0fred, that guy would put todays developer support to shame...and then some.
Thanks again! This is gonna be a blast, map modding again!

Psych0fred's site works fine for me but I grabbed the files you needed and packaged them into a single archive, get it here:hsvmann78 wrote:Does anyone know where I can find the following files:

Re: Need to find some files for Modding SWBF
Woops, sorry. Forgot to update my post. As you probably figured out by now, that link contains them all already- I updated my download but not that post. My bad!
I'm trying to make a full backup of all the important/interesting things on Fred's site, so if it does go down or I need to pull something to reupload, I can. And yes, Fred's site does work now. It seems to come and go randomly, which is annoying :/
Anyone know what Fred has to say about uploading those? Tean, maybe? Is it permissible for me to rehost all his downloads?
You're very welcome, hsvmann, or 500_g^2/hz, whichever
I hope we can help you out in the future.

Re: Need to find some files for Modding SWBF
@AceMastermind, thanks as well. It looks like I've got everything I need now to begin modding. I got onto psych0freds website last night too. Guess I had just picked the wrong day to start doing BFbuilder again! If I remember, getting used to the mod tools was just like that. We'll see how rusty I am now!
Just out of curiosity: Are the guys like eddie, Rends, Majin Revan, Saturn V et al, still modding this game?

Rends is still around, but he mainly does SWBFII now (see the Released forum for his latest work). The others are no longer here, unfortunately.
