Ah, it looks like you forgot to copy the common sides folder over. Copy the folder "...\BF2_ModTools\assets\sides\Common" to "...\BF2_ModTools\data_YourModID\Sides."

hmm.. copy the common folder from \BF2_ModTools\assets\sides and put it in your side folder in \data_***\sides

*** = your 3 letter map name

You can avoid that problem by not checking "shell" when you munge. You rarely need to munge the shell, and you should only check what you need. Same thing goes for the sound errors.

Also, please use hide tags. Such a large wall of text is painful to my eyes.

You shouldn't be munging everything. Only munge with common checked, and in this case, with all of your sides selected, unless you need to munge sounds, a loadscreen, or whatever. None of those warnings will break your map in any way.

Oh, and since nobody else has said it, double posting (posting two or more consecutive messages) is generally frowned upon here. Use the edit button to add new information to your previous post.

The best thing you can do now, is do a manual clean, and then munge again, with only common checked. (do EXACTLY what the tutorial tells you, and double-check that you did EVERYTHING it said).
Then look up what you should munge for new sides that you want to skin.

No need to manual clean - if nothing ingame is broken, there's no problem. Munging everything won't hurt anything, it just isn't neccesary.

I've also read Fierfek's doc, but I stopped reading after 4 pages. After that, I started playing around with the program and finding the answers to my questions here on Gametoast or in the Documentation that was shipped with the modtools. I learned that those 2 are fairly good sources :D
(oh, and on a side note; Coley, you don't have to post 2 times if nobody posted something in between them. You can use the edit button on your previous post, and ad "EDIT:" and whatever you want to ad to your previous message. It keeps the forums clean :) .)

I've learned that the best thing to do is just try to read the shipped docs. Though not extremely well written, they provide the most precise explanation to basic modding things.
