Assisstance required on Mod
I am ware this should realy be in the "Requests" Section, however, this is to detailed to fit in one thread. In short, I am looking for Moddelers and Odf/Lua writers to assit me in this new Mod. Yuuzhan Vong Mod. This is a Mod that I am designing. It will be a era Mod, that addes a Yuuzhan Vong era to the Maps.
I am not a good enough modder to crteate this myself however. I will Need someone to model the weapons. An ODF Writer that can create such weapons, a LUA Editior that can hunt down bugs and find out why parts are not working – then fix them.
The Yuuzhan Vong Model that will be used will be that of the model in the conversion pack.
Here is what I Intend to have for the Yuuzhan Vong Side.
There would be:
Worker Class: - No points needed
Coufee - Small Dagger
Nang hul
Magma Pebble
Warrior caste - MK I - 2 Pionts needed
Amphistaff
Nang hul Launcher - Effectivly a Blaster rifle.
Magma Pebble
Warrior caste - MK II - 2 points needed
Amphistaff
Singularity mine
Grutchin - Rocket Launcher, shaped like a giant locust.
Warrior caste - MK III - 4 Points needed
Amphistaff
Long range Nang hul
Magma Pebble
Shaper caste - 4 points needed
Shaping Skills - Vong Fusion Cutter
Shaping Skills - Vong Bacta Pack
Finger-spears - Melee weapon, effectively Melee attack with hand.
Priest caste - 8 points needed
Masquers - Disguise Kit
Nang hul ( Razor Variation - X2 Damage )
Religous fanaticism - Rage and Rally. Has one use.
Slayers – 12 Points needed.
Steng's Talons (essentially a wrist knife, similar to the “Predators” Blade in the film Franchise)
Modified Amphistaff (Adds a Poison affect) Also uses the animation that Ki-Adi-Mundi useds as a way of differing the weapons. This also blocks blaster bolts.
Modified Coufee – Poisoned Coufee.
Magma Pebble
Hero:
Supreme Overlord
Scepter of Power – Amphistaff 3 meters long

Most of these weapons are seld explanatory, but some may need some explanation:
Amphi staff.

This staff would use the same animation of the Gaphi sticks used by the sand people in some mods. The staff would be similar. but shaped like the picture in the link. And coloured black.
Nang hul

This bug will be the main ranged weapon of the Vong. When thrown, it will return to the hand of the warrior afterwards, using the same mechanics as the saber throw.
Coufee

Essentially a small dagger, and the weapon of the worker class Vong. a weak melee attack.
Nang hul Launcher.

Despite its name, it is not a rocket launcher, but a blater rifle. It will fire Nang Hul, but these will <i>not</i> return to the weapon. It will have 300 Pieces of ammo, before becoming useless.

The biggest difficulty for me would be putting together these weapons, and programing how they work.This is esspectaily true for the "Thud Bugs"
SO any suggestion, (and by this I mean suggestions as to how to get these working, not suggestions to the Mod) would be helpfull. As would any volenteers for helping me with the weapons.

then you can still go into 1stperson but only see then gun, im pretty sure.
