I think that this Star Wars Battlefront II project is pretty good, Rikino. I find your reskin of minilogoguy18's Naboo Royal N-1 starfighter Model very amusing. Have you included brand-new units in this Modification? If you have, can you please provide us with some Screenshots?

The edge of the world:
Remember, a steroid doesn't have to be spherical, so you could just lower the square corner and use the jagged effects
A cool way to get in the Star Viper:
A third side in GCW, of course.
A pirate side, with Black Sun support and maybe some other pirates, an excuse to put in an R-41 and whatever other pirate-esque fighters tean converted from XWAUP. Hehe, maybe someone could do the Supa fighters.

Update
Thanks, guys. It's turning out well. I've been working on it, added a lot of spires and such (like cave props). Changed the lighting, too.

Uh oh, every time I look at those pictures I think LAG! All that dust in a massively big area like that isn't really... fun. Plus it doesn't seem realistic to have an "atmosphere" of dust around an asteriod, since most are too small to have the gravity to support an atmosphere. Maybe I'm just stupid. But I just really hate lag.

Looks very cool. Can't wait to see more. Definatly add the explosive asteroids - and actually making it so they blow everything up at once wouldnt be that hard - Just give em a lot of damage, and a damage radius big enough that when one blows it destroyes the closest ones to it, triggering the chain reaction.
Also, about the cannonical stuff...the virago ship is close enough in appearance to a Basilisk War Droid that it could be easily passed of as one, and they did exist during this time period. So, simply put, its not 100% non cannon. And I mean, 99.99999% of the maps released aren't cannon, so I don't know what the deal is with this one.

Yeah, I'm going to cut down on the dust. It's not too bad most of the time, but occasionally, when you see the whole battlefield, it's easy-to-take-screenshot-time-because-you're-getting-one-frame-a-minute.
