Battlefront 2013
This mod aims to improve the visual and rendering capabilities of Pandemic Studios Zero Engine. It does this by injecting code into the game during run-time that adds modern graphical enhancements and effects. Also, it replaces many of the default textures and models in-game, including all player weapon models, as well as all terrain textures.
As this mod develops I will release a more specific list of changes, but for now the planned changes and enhancements are as listed below. Effects that are planned are
WHITE, Effects that are in progress are
ORANGE, and finished effects are
RED:

The addition of Color Correction.

The addition of Depth of Field.

The addition of Bloom.

The addition of Occlusion.

The addition of Motion Blur.

Adding of enhanced water.
Also being planned is:

The replacement of all terrain textures in the default maps.

The replacement of some other misc. textures such as many buildings, sky-boxes, floors, etc.

The replacement of the majority of the default weapons. Some may be taken from the unofficial 1.3 patch.

The replacement of several "Ugly" models in game. Focusing mainly on highly repetitive, or particularly low-poly models. I will make a post about this later on as I have a specific list of models already.

The addition of an added Galactic Conquest in which a mix of the re-textured stock maps, as well as 2-3 custom maps will be used.
