PC World wrote an article featuring every Star Wars game since 1982. Granted, there are 88 of them (if you count the expansions and arcade games), and some of them are just given a light brushing-over, but it does a pretty good job at generalizing 18 years of LucasArts history.

That's pretty sweet. I only knew one before that one N64 game with Dash Rendar came up, then I started recognizing more.
What game is this?

What game is this?

That was the second game I ever played, and I was only about 3 or 4. I loved that game so muc, that I still remember the layouts to some of the levels.DarthD.U.C.K. wrote:thats Dark Forces

Omg, is that stormtrooper really that badly detailed in the game or is it just screwed up because of the pic?
Anyway, wouldn't this belong in the Star Wars section??

Seriously? That's what games looked like back then. Have you ever even played classic video games, like NES and SNES games, before? And for the time period, that was actually pretty good graphics on the MS-DOS program.Nova Hawk wrote:Omg, is that stormtrooper really that badly detailed in the game or is it just screwed up because of the pic?

Pretty decent. IGN did a larger article about Star Wars games. It was pretty good too. They recently (maybe a month ago now) article about the top 10 star wars games. For like the most part I agreed, but no where was Battlefront I or II. Kotor was 2nd.

Sprites man, sprites. Old school pixel art. The way they made animated characters back in the day.
Dark Forces was super fun on the PS1, and it runs great on the PSP also.
