The transparency isn't too complete; you missed bits on the helmet.

How do you do transparency only in the head? When I tried to do that the head was gone but the rest was partially see through so kindof a headless ghost. I was trying to make an orc by replacing the stormtroopers head with an orc head a made as an addon

But yeah you missed a spot

Thats because by default, most skin already have a slight alpha channel, you have to remove it first, then add your own. Or edit the original alpha.

The shoulder strap thing could use some work though. That thick gray line across his chest and back IS a strap, right? Cuz it doesn't go all the way around...

correct me if i am wrong but that is supposed to be a made up gree, isn't he?
to my knowledge the clone wars gree looks like this:
