I have a timer in my map, but it isn' showing. It works, but it isn't visible. I checked the scripting doc, but couldn't find anything (I did ctl+f for 'show').
Does anyone know the script line for making a timer visible?

Re: Timer Isn't Showing
This is the code, and timeoutTimer would just be replaced by whatever you called your timer:
And before you ask where it's supposed to go it should go above StartTimer.
Code: Select all
ShowTimer(timeoutTimer)- Fierfek

Do I put my timer's name in quotes?

Re: Timer Isn't Showing
Not only could you have done that, you could have paid closer attention to what I posted in your other topic about timers, which answers both your first post here and your second post. bobfinkl quoted code from the Hoth Lua script, just like I did, and if you looked there, you would know if you needed quotes.Frisbeetarian wrote:the best thing to do is just look at the campaign scripts and see how they are set up
These rules still apply.Frisbeetarian wrote:timeoutTimer is the variable name of the timer object, "timeout" is the name assigned to this object. From there on out, they can refer to the timer as either timeoutTimer (without quotes) or "timeout" (with the quotes); they mean the same thing
