The kid reminded me of Haley Joel Osmond... looks beast btw, this will be the one Halo game I might actually get.

Saw the whole game being played last week, it's really, really good.

Now, the only way I can reveal the ending is by placing some [spoiler] tags in the following statement:

You play as [spoiler] while [spoiler]ing [spoiler], [spoiler] and a(n) [spoiler] driving a [spoiler] while being attacked by everything in the [spoiler]'s arsenal, including three [spoiler]s all while the [spoiler] is [spoiler]ing the city.

Once you guys play it, you'll know what I was talking about, but right now, I can see three of the theoretical endings that were made on the Bungie forums working with that statement.

I would SO pay to see a Halo movie in theaters. It would be EPIC!

Agreed, partially. I don't care too much about storyline (Remember? I gave Transformers 2 an 8/10) but it's nice to have a good one, and then Brutes being owned by anything, destroyed banshees, sniper rounds, plasma sticks, plasma sticks where it hurts, etc. Realistic-er looking brutes than the ones in h3 getting owned would be awesome. Although a Halo movie wouldn't be too great unless it's Halo 3, where realistic stuff actually happens to the characters in comparison to H1 IMO, or ODST because a movie not about a supersoldier is always better than a movie about a supersoldier. Unless they can fly or are billionaires with pimped-out cars or are otherwise Marvelish.

On the topic of ODST, I preordered it over to weeks ago It looks awesome, although I'm afraid that Fusion is going to offer to spoil the ending for me sometime and I'll accidentally say yes because I've been so tired lately.

I'll pick this game up. I don't know if they have Scarabs in the new "Firefight" mode, but I doubt it (it would be awesome if they did).

However, I'm not as excited for this game as I was for Halo 3 (OMG HALO 3, GOTTA GET IT TODAY). Yea, I pre-ordered it, but only 'cause I'm overseas. I think the Halo fanboy in me has died a bit over the past 2 years...

A Halo movie would be interesting. I like the style they used in both the Halo 3 and Halo 3 ODST live action ads. I don't think the main character could be John-117, as I don't see him as that interesting of a character.

I'm guessing since it's still campaign it might not support it, but I remember reading something about 4-player splitscreen, not sure if it was just LAN or what.

That's a shame they're not in Firefight. I'd love to have a whole "storming the citadel" type of battle, similar to the battle that took place half-way through Halo 3's "The Covenant" level.

I doubt it. Halo 3 ODST is basically Halo 3 w/ a new campaign and Firefight, and since Halo 3 didn't have 4 player local co-op...well...

According to these sites I randomly googled, the only way you'll get 4 player offline co-op is through a LAN connection.

Feel free to question the reliability of this info.

I have to say though, 4 player offline co-op would be nice. The HUD and such might make it difficult to see though, depending on how big your TV is.
