Post by Jawaraider »

Whenewer I make a new map and munge it and play it , the map chrashes when the loader is halfways. Im sure the scripts are Ok with the ) s and the modified side is just like it should be with REQs and everything.

Like I've said about ten zillion times, run bf2_modtools.exe from your Star Wars Battlefront II folder and read through the log for Severity 3 errors.

This may be a dumb question, but did you munge with the common checkbox checked, then munge again with the it unchecked?

If you move it to the same place as the .exe for the regular game it does(in the swbf2 game directory). Run it jut like the normal game would, except it'll be wndowed skip through the company logo stuff and and have a green lower screen. Then when it crashes it gives a readout of why.

Common should always be checked when you munge, no matter what.
