I have downloaded lastest version of the unofficial patch and i have downloaded the dark times mod (which includes the 2.3 patch in it) and ever since felucia gcw has not worked in either instant action or galactic conquest.

You are going to have to specify your problem of "does not work." There is no such thing as a "2.3" patch; Dark Times includes the 1.3 patch (downloading it again was redundant). Neither of those things can make stock GCW Felucia "not work."

when playing as the rebels i only see the soldier,the vangard,the marksman and the smugler with a blank backround. when playing as the imperials the game does a ctd.
and i got confused with another game that also has an unofficial patch when i wrote 2.3.

What else have you added to the game? If nothing else, you probably made a mistake installing a full version of the 1.3 patch. My suggestion would be to install only the sides from the unofficial 1.2 patch:

Extract to your desktop, but move only the side .lvl files into your GameData\Data\_LVL_PC\Side folder.

its working now i unistalled the 1.3 patch and reinstalled the dark times and no problems. Thank you for your help.
