I have begun to work on re-doing the map itself almost from scratch, I have already added in new buildings, changed the ground texture, added in foliage, added in vehicles and added custom flyerdomes. I will be sending out another beta shortly to all my beta testers, this beta will include the W.I.P CW mode and the new version of the map.

The Vehicles will be as follows...
Republic: AT-RT x2, BARC Speeder x6
CIS: N-99 Persuader Tank x2
Rebels: T2-B Tank x2
Empire: AT-ST x3, AT-RT x2

Hmm, pretty interesting stuff! Want me to render you a new terrain texture? A newer, higher-res texture? I'm guessing that terrain is supposed to be either grass or soil/sand.

Also, the "Wookiee Residential Area" model seems pretty out-of-scale for its texture. I take it these buildings will have interiors as part of the battlefield?

I was planning on scaling down the residential area model. A higher-res terrain texture would be nice, though I may give it a try myself first. So far these buildings do not have interiors, I got these buildings from the Clone Wars Assets. I don't know how to work XSI, so maybe you could help me with making interiors if you have some time on your hands. I think interiors for the HQ and Wookiee Area would make the map more interesting.

Looking good! I love how you're going the extra mile and really adding things that will enhance game play. This map is going to be fun. :D

I'm going to be sending out the final private beta tonight. There are still things to be worked on. The main map is essentially done, right now all I'm doing is going through and making minor enhancements and fixing bugs. I'd like to get reports back as soon as possible because I'm aiming for a February 21st release date. I'd say the map is around 99% done.

The map has a cool spooky feel to it, I like it. :thumbs:
However, the terrain in the first picture looks extremely bright. Did you intend to keep it like that?

I don't think I can make my current deadline. Expect the final beta PM on Thursday and expect the maps first public beta to be released on the 30th of February. Also, I'll be running a multiplayer server of this map over the weekend for all beta testers, and anyone else who would like to help me mulitplayer test. PM me or post in this thread if you would like to help with the multiplayer beta. Now time for the update.

I still need to work on that. Right now I'm using the Radiation Grenade Launcher explosion effect. For the grenade I just made the light radius very large.

The Private Beta PMs will be out within the hour. I'm uploading the map to gamefront as I type this message. The map is currently proceeding as scheduled. I just realized that I have a three-day weekend so I'll be able to finish the map over the weekend if I can get the reports in by Monday.
