an idea for a great map

i have a great idea for a new map. acctulay, it dosent even have to be a new map.
someone should release a map with all of the good altered units.
for ex.
empair
dark trooper w/t-21
storm commando
and possibly just other altered units.

i personaly am very sick of playing the same units over and over again.

i hope in swbf 2 the factions will differ a lot.

also feel free for other ideas

Well no offence but that was a dumb question. Of course everyone wants new units!
But anywho....
I'm currently trying to think of an idea for a map after I saved over my current one

When I start getting ideas again i'll make sure to drop one by your way.

yay my storm commando was mentioned. On a serious note, i would think that it would be a hefty d/l just to add the new units to the original maps.

Too hard to make? Maybe the weapons yes, but the models shouldn't be too hard if someone uses the ep3 clone trooper model (at least I think there is one)

Yeah, you just have to make a modified "mission.lvl" file which contains all shipped maps' *.LUA files...

What about Republic Commandos?

Do you mean clone commandos of "Star Wars : Republic Commando" ?

oom-9......there are two units in your maps that arwe not new/never before seen...droideka and battle droid. lol.

OOM-9, your right and worng. ure units on the republic sides are just varitions of the arc trooper.
i guess u guys are right. people useuly add new units to there maps. i just wish there where more than just 5 units per class. i also wish the factions (and possibly maps) give different units.
this is what i had in mind for swbf 2:

greand droid (lots of grenades and special grenade luancher)
demo droid (lots of mines and time bombs and a pistol)

scout droid (lots of recon droids an bincoulers)
SUPPORT
medic droid (only gives healths and repairs 100%)
machanic driod (give ammo and heals vechiles much faster)
piolt droid
SPECIL
geonosoin
grevious guard
grapple droid

the other classes will have simaler units but each will be different.

lol that was very hard to read...pick out five units for the cis people and i might include 2 or 3 of them.
