I wanna be on the CIS side on that map! Isn't there a limit on the amount of Capital and Frigate ships before the game crashes?

Those are just the skydome models (you can tell by the detail), and they might even be skydome objects (you can get a similar effect by ramping the number of skydome frigates way up).
