Hi all,
I recently rebooted my BF II files and game to my laptop which is now working fine after a very frustrating day.

However there a few things that came out funny on my laptop that didn't show on my prievious computer.

What I have got:
Conversion pack 2.0 and 2.2
Unofficial 1.3 Patch
Official 1.1 Patch

Problems/Questions:

1. I usually play clones and the object of the 1st weapon has been appearing on the left of the character, I haven't tried it for any other side yet but it occurs on all solider classes. Any answers?

2. I have alot (I mean it) of maps that I have downloaded without anythought of how much space it will take up on my laptop. I was thinking about culling the lot but I really want to keep the ones I like.Is there any way I can idenitfiy the ABC map name to the full map name?

3.Is there a way in which I can make BF II run faster? as in FPS?

1) In this order, Install the 1.2 patch then re-install the 1.3 patch (lite).
2) AlexSecura has a map archive (Excel doc) that includes a large amount of the available SWBF2 maps. Download it from his topic here: http://www.gametoast.com/forums/viewtop ... =35&t=7694
3) Run fewer programs in the background? Set your settings lower ingame.

No, I didn't look, i'm sorry. I have just been looking most of the day and I assumed that 1.2 was official. My bad .Thank you for the help Mav.
