Better tutorial for basic modeling?

How to create models in XSI and other 3D applications and make them work in Battlefront 1 & 2. Post models, tips for application usage and share anything XSI, 3DMax, SketchUp, etc.

Better tutorial for basic modeling?

Is there a better tutorial for basic modeling besides the downloadable one in Ace's sticky? That ones more with foundation rather than mod tools and I need one thats straight about the free mod tools one. Because me trying to model with a tutorial that isnt exact = :cpu:
