I missed both episodes...
I can't stand the new time for the show! My mind is still set on 9:00, but all I see is King Of The Hill!!! I am not a fan of CN's new schedule.

They almost always have the previous 2 episodes up. The Monday after the latest one airs.

And what a surprise, Mav was right, again...the zabrak are just living on the far side of the planet.

I watched the episode tonight and I gotta say I was impressed. These past two episodes have been very well done. I'll give this a 4/5.

Do not twist facts to suit theories wheen you should be twisting theories to suit facts.Evman wrote:HUGE clifhanger! But most importly...Darth Maul is allive!!!
They want you to think that maul is alive, however, one way or another he is not "alive".
They would not screw the cannon up like that, speeking of cannon, they made it blantently clear that the zabraks just happen to have a village on Dathomir, Iradonia is still there homeworld.
However, something that really caught my eye, "spoiler alert"

Clearly you've never heard of Maw, a dark jedi who survived being cut in half.THEWULFMAN wrote:Do not twist facts to suit theories wheen you should be twisting theories to suit facts.Evman wrote:HUGE clifhanger! But most importly...Darth Maul is allive!!!

Yeah, it would be pretty far out from left field for any EU writers to completely revive a character who had minimal importance, a single speaking line, and who was so clearly killed off in the movies simply because he's popular among the fans.THEWULFMAN wrote:Do not twist facts to suit theories wheen you should be twisting theories to suit facts.

On an entirely unrelated note, here's a picture of Boba Fett.

Re: Clone Wars Season 3
I thought that was probably the weakest of the three episodes. Some good action, but there was too much going on in one episode. I'm not happy that Maul is (apparently) alive. I had read a spoiler about the ending but I thought it was fake. I wish I'd been right. I'm not a fan of bringing characters back from the dead, and bringing in Maul seems redundant now that we have Savage, whose already a Maul doppelganger.
Overall it was a good story arc despite the messy conclusion. I'm interested in seeing how the outcome will impact the villains, though it's unlikely that we'll see Ventress again this season.
The next story arc just looks plain bizarre. Did I actually see Anakin transform into a bird?

Whoa, whoa, hold on... Darth Maul survived? Not that that actually surprises me, considering he was (apparently) alive to face Vader, but why hasn't he done what I thought he would have done and moved against Obi-Wan instead?EraOfDesann wrote:I thought that was probably the weakest of the three episodes. Re: Clone Wars Season 3
It hasn't been explicitly stated that Maul is alive, all we saw was a lookalike in a foggy crystal ball. He's supposedly Savage's brother and lives in the outer rim.ggctuk wrote: Whoa, whoa, hold on... Darth Maul survived? Re: Clone Wars Season 3
I suppose they could just reuse the method that the book writer's used to resurrect Maul to a point where he could fight Vader.

Maybe Qui Gon is just some kind of Force Vision in TCW, so that Obi Wan really is surprised to hear that he could actually talk to him now.
