More Sound Issues

Alrighty... so you all know about my Weapon Expansion Mod I am releasing soon... or if you didn't you do now.

Anyhow, I don't know if anyone has ever done what I am trying to do right now, and that is completely change the Alliance team into the CIS without messing up current Localizations... therefore I have had success getting functionality for the droids and thier weapons...

BUT.

I have only Alliance sounds... is there a way for me to import my CIS sounds into the Alliance team as I did with all the odfs and mshs?

I have my droids ingame and such... but they are silent as the grave unless I replace thier weapon firenoises and stuff with Alliance sounds.

Which I have, but the droid voices can't be replaced so easily... and I need the droid unit specific sounds and stuff inserted into my ALL side file to support the new units...

Is this possible and if so how?

My Weapon Expo "GCW" can't be released at v1.0 without sounds... and i have people waiting for this :P

Psychofred helped me when I had some sound problems with the mortar Launcher from the Wookiee that I added to a Naboo Guard in CW: http://www.gametoast.com/index.php?name ... pic&t=1904

Maybe this will solve your problem....

Ooh I understand it. You need to create an own Modid.snd. Then look at a unit's, weapon, (the sounds you need) odf file and look what sounds you need. Then look at C:\LucasArts\BFBuilder\Assets\Sound Config Files\cw\cw.snd and copy the sounds you need in your own Modid.snd., then open Modidgcw.req and ad "Modidgcw" under the config section.
