Occasionally the dedicated server it is running on will make everyone crash. Did you trying playing online or offline? We were able to get all modes to work by just restarting
Btw, if you tried joining the dedicated server, make sure you have 2.3 Beta and not 2.2.

It was offline, no side mods installed, all graphics specifications at low.
